Goji Berries Supplement

Question: is it safe to take lots of differant supplements at same time?
example: if i buy:
goji berry extract
Multivitamins with A,B,C,D & E (100% RDA)
and Chromium 200mcg
is it safe? can you take as many supplemts you want together?
There only natural ingrediants though...? vitamins...and stuff.
Answer: What you have listed there would be safe, if they agree with you, to take all together, every morning i take all of my supplements together, one big swallow . Been doing it for a long time, but if you are taking prescription drugs please check with your doctor before mixing them.
