Question: is this a good plan?

I want to lose weight and tone up....hopefully go from 124lbs to 114lbs....if i walk for an hour a day and eat this diet will I lose weight?
breakfast = 1 glass of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice with 2 weetabix, 125ml of semi skimmed milk, a handful of sultanas,goji berries and flax seeds, 1 banana, 3 grapes, 15 blueberries and 3 strawberries
lunch = 1 soyabread and marmite sandwich (no butter) 2 small apples
dinner = 1 small salad or couscous with some form of protein
am I eating too much??I'm not eating after 7pm and no carbs after 4pm
by the way i'm 20, female and 5'4 oh and i also drink 2 litres of water a day

Answer: That plan sounds great....But you do not need to lose weight, in fact, I think you're under weight? Why do you want to lose weight? I don't think you should try and lose weight doing this, but it's great if you want to create a healthier lifestyle for yourself...You'll succeed in doing that...All the best!
