Question: Am I being too healthy?

Is this too many vitamins/supplements?

I take:
1 Multivitamin
6 Spirulina 500mg each
10 Chlorella 250mg each
2 Vitamin D3 5000UI
4 Cod Liver Oil 520mg each
1 tbsp of Bee Pollen
2 Cayenne/Garlic capsules 530 mg 40,000 HU

Additional Details
In addition, I usually eat a superfood smoothie for breakfast containing:
3 Tbsp Goji Berries
3 cup of berries
4 cup almond milk
1 tbsp hemp seeds
3 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp cacao nibs
2 tbsp raw agave

and for lunch I'll usually have a sandwich with guacamole, raw cheese, turkey and a salad..
for dinner I'll juice some kale, carrots, beets, etc. and fruit.. am I over doing it?

Answer: no such thing as being too healthy. It is a perception and even people who think they are being too healthy might be missing out on something. So keep it up, always learn and add what you learned to your current habit, just like what must've done to come up with that list.

I dont think you're being too healthy. keep in mind a lot of people in this world don't have the knowledge, resources or motivation to do what you're doing.

I think its great you've figured out a lot of this stuff and are actually doing it. I'd say keep it up and just listen to your body and adjust as and when you think a change is required.
