Wolfberries Recipes

Question: Are you Korean? Do you know how to cook this great beef dish...?
I sometimes have a dish at a Korean restaurant and would love to get the recipe. Let's see if I can describe it: it has stewed beef in a gooey kind of delicious sauce, cooked chestnuts, tiny onions, wolfberries, and carrots...does that sound familiar? (The name is in three parts - I can't pronounce or remember it)
