Goji Seed Oil

Question: how can i lose 20 pounds in 6 months?
It sounds super easy. But here are my issues, I'm celiac, lactose intolerant and vegetarian. But how i keep my weight on is i love mayo, goat cheese and gluten free baking. Every morning i have my raw smoothie, consisting of 2 raw eggs, spinach, hemp/flax/primrose etc oils, chia seeds, mango , blueberries, and goji berries. But i also have endomitriosis which slightly prevents my excersize, but not a legit excuse.
i weight 140 , 14 years old, and 5'6. I am constantly on stage, so this means alot to me. But that being said I'm not just doing it for others, I'm not comfortable at this weight, i feel like I'm hiding. So if you could give me a general idea of the amount of calories , or a easy regime every day, that would be wonderful! thank you so much!
Answer: As healthy as fruit may be, fructose (the sugar in most fruits) does not promote fat loss. Fructose is the most lipogenic (fat producing) carb, it creates triglycerides which "trap" fat in fat cells.
I would suggest not lowering calories which will lower metabolism & increase egg consumption with every meal.
